Runs in your Chrome · 5 job boards · Pause or stop anytime

Set your search once. Let the agent apply.

Auto Apply searches the boards you pick for the roles you want and fills in each application from your resume and profile, in your own browser. You set the limits and can pause or stop at any time. Prefer to check every one? Quick Apply fills the form and you press submit.

✓ Chrome extension✓ Your resume and profile✓ Every application logged
Auto Apply running: a search for Frontend Engineer roles on LinkedIn and Indeed partway through 20 applications, with Pause and Stop, the live console, and a table of applications with their status.
How it works

From search to submitted, in four steps

  1. Say what you’re looking for

Job titles, locations, remote, hybrid or on-site, job type and how recent. Under advanced filters: keywords to require or avoid, companies to skip, a minimum salary, and skipping postings that say they can’t sponsor a visa.

The Preferences step: job titles Frontend Engineer and React Developer, New York, Remote, Full-time and Senior selected.
  2. Pick the job boards

Choose from LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster and ZipRecruiter. The agent uses the sessions you’re already signed in with in Chrome.

The Platforms step: LinkedIn and Indeed switched on, with Dice, Monster and ZipRecruiter available.
  3. Choose your resume and answers

Pick the resume to send and save your common screening answers — work authorization, sponsorship, notice period, salary — once, for every application.

The Resume & Profile step: Alex_Rivera_Resume.pdf selected, the AI tailoring switch, and screening answers such as US Citizen, 2 weeks notice and $150,000 expected salary.
  4. Launch and watch it work

The agent opens each posting, fills it in and submits, one at a time. The live console shows every step as it happens.

The live console during a run: opened the posting, filled fields from the profile, answered screening questions and submitted, for each sample job.
Two ways to apply

Hands-off, or one at a time

Both run through the Terview Chrome extension and share one daily allowance.

The agent submits

Auto Apply

Set the search and launch. The agent applies to matching jobs on your chosen boards and submits each application itself.

  • LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster and ZipRecruiter
  • You set how many per run and which boards
  • Pause or stop whenever you like
  • Every application logged with the answers sent
You submit

Quick Apply

Pick a job from the list, or paste any job link. Autofill opens the application in your browser and fills it in — you check it and press submit.

  • Jobs from company career sites on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Workday
  • Ranked by how well they match your resume
  • Paste any job link to autofill it
  • Nothing is sent until you submit

Every application, in one table

Each job lands in the table as the agent works — company, role, board and status. Filter by status or board, search, and export the lot as CSV.

  • Applied, failed and skipped at a glance
  • History kept from this run and earlier ones
  • Export to CSV
The run’s totals for applied, failed and skipped above a table of sample applications to Northwind, Contoso, Fabrikam and others with their status.

See exactly what was sent

Open any application to see the screening answers that went in and the resume that was used. Failed ones show why, with Retry and Mark as applied.

  • The answers submitted, question by question
  • The resume file used
  • Open the original posting
One sample application opened: Product Engineer at Fabrikam, applied via Indeed, with the screening answers submitted and the resume used.

Quick Apply: you press submit

Browse jobs from company career sites, ranked against your resume, or paste a link to any posting. Autofill fills the form in your browser and leaves the submit to you.

  • Match score for each job
  • Paste any job link
  • Select several and work through them in turn
Quick Apply: a box to paste any job link, filters, and sample jobs at Northwind and Contoso with match scores and Autofill buttons.

You stay in charge of the run

See how far along a run is, pause it, or stop it. A stopped run keeps everything it already finished in your history.

  • Pause and resume
  • Stop at any time
  • Edit the search and relaunch
The run bar: titles, locations and boards, progress through a run of 20 applications, and Pause and Stop buttons.
Your rules

What you control

The agent works inside the limits you set — and only in your browser.

  • No job-board passwords

The agent works in your own Chrome, using the job-board sessions you’re already signed in with. You don’t give Terview those passwords.

  • Your limits

Choose the boards, how many applications a run, and the companies to skip. Your plan’s daily allowance caps the total.

  • Your words

Screening answers come from what you saved. Questions it hasn’t seen are drafted with AI from your profile and the job.

  • Your choice of mode

Want to check each application first? Use Quick Apply — it fills the form and you decide whether to submit.

Questions, answered

In Auto Apply mode, yes — once you launch a run, the agent fills in and submits each application itself, within the boards and limits you set, and you can pause or stop it at any time. If you’d rather check every application, use Quick Apply: it fills the form in your browser and you press submit.

Spend less time on application forms.
