Your applications, filled in while you browse
The Terview extension fills job applications from your saved profile, runs Auto Apply on the big job boards, and drafts replies to recruiter emails — right where you already are.
- Works with your Terview account
- You review before you submit
- Remove it any time

Three steps, then it just works
Add it from the Chrome Web Store
One click on the listing. Pin the Terview icon to your toolbar so you can see when it is working.
Sign in to Terview once
Open terview.ai while signed in and the extension picks up your account. Your profile — contact details, work history, education, links — is what it fills from.
Open any application
On a supported form the Terview panel appears. Fill it, check what it filled and what it could not, then submit yourself.
Fill a whole application in one click
Open an application and the Terview panel slides in beside it. Press Autofill and it fills the form from your Terview profile — name, contact details, location, links, work authorisation — attaches your resume, and writes the open-ended answers from your experience. The checklist shows every required and optional field, ticks off what it filled, and leaves anything it should not guess for you.
- Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Ashby and Workday
- Attaches the resume saved on your profile
- Never submits — you review and press submit

Set up Auto Apply in one screen
Tell the agent what you are looking for — job titles, locations, experience, job type, remote preference — and pick the boards to run on. It prefills from your profile, uses the resume on file (or one you upload), and can tailor keywords to each job with AI Tailoring.
- LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter
- Choose how many applications per run
- AI Tailoring uses your monthly allowance

Watch every application as it goes out
Once a run starts, the side panel becomes a live log: each job appears with its company, location, salary when listed and a status — Applying, Applied, Skipped or Failed — and the console says what the agent is doing and why it skipped a job.
- Applied / Skipped / Failed counts at the top
- Stop or change settings at any time
- Lite 50 · Pro 100 · Max unlimited a day

Reply to recruiters without leaving Gmail
Open a recruiter, interview or offer email and press "Reply with Terview". The side panel reads who it is from and what they asked, and drafts a reply in your voice using your profile. Pick a tone, regenerate, then insert it into Gmail’s reply box or copy it — and attach your resume, or a version tailored to the role, in the same place.
- Gmail and Yahoo Mail
- Five tones: Professional, Friendly, Concise, Enthusiastic, Formal
- Nothing is sent for you

Every tool, one click from any page
Click the Terview icon and the side panel opens next to whatever you are reading. Seven tools live there — the ones that work on the page in front of you — and the Tools menu opens the rest of Terview in a tab.
- Follows your Terview light or dark theme
- Signed in once, everywhere

Seven tools that work on the page you’re on
- Agent
Auto Apply
Runs the application agent on LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster and ZipRecruiter with your preferences, and shows each application live.
- Autofill
Autofill Application
Opens the autofill panel on the current page — handy for a careers page the detector didn’t recognise on its own.
- Live
Interview Assistant
Listens to the interviewer through your microphone, transcribes the question and suggests an answer drawn from your resume and the job description.
- Search
Super Search
Type one search and open it on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Monster and Dice at once — plus Google Jobs, Wellfound, Built In and more if you switch them on.
- New
Scan & Build Resume
Reads the job description on the page and builds a resume tailored to it, ready to download.
- Email
Email Replier
Drafts a reply to the recruiter email open in Gmail or Yahoo Mail, in your voice.
- Snapshot
Take Snapshot
Captures what is on screen — a coding question, a confusing form — and explains it, with code shown properly formatted.

Anywhere else — an employer’s own careers page, say — autofill needs one extra permission you can turn on from the side panel.
It only reads what it needs to fill
The extension asks for the job boards and applicant tracking systems above because that is where the forms are.
Other sites are opt-in
Access to sites beyond the supported boards is off by default. Nothing happens until you press "Enable autofill on all sites", and you can revoke it from Chrome’s extensions menu.
Your data goes to Terview only
Your profile and session are stored in the browser and sent only to Terview’s own servers. No data is sold, no ads are injected.
No remote code
Everything the extension runs ships inside it and is reviewed by the Chrome Web Store. It does not fetch and run code from anywhere else.
Questions
Yes. Installing it and autofilling applications is free with a Terview account. Auto Apply needs a paid plan, and the daily number of applications follows your plan.
